Complimentary Shipping

AG Atelier offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.

 

Returns

We want you to love your AG Atelier jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning jewelry. AG Atelier is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for a refund.

Final sale, personalized, custom-made, and special-order pieces are not eligible for return.
